NEW OR REGISTERED VISITORS ‘PERSONALLY IDENTIFIED INFORMATION’
Relates to all information identifying or can be used for identifying, contacting or searching persons in the system to whom this information relates, including but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, fax number, Twitter account, Facebook account, Instagram account, e-mail address, financial or other social network profiles. Personally identifiable information does not contain any information collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information that is not linked to a particular individual.
WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
www.bisquegolf.com collects general details of all our visitors such as the origin of search engines, the keyword used, which pages have been visited etc. From registered users we collect additional information such as name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. The size of the personally collected information depends entirely on the origin of the registered visitor/customer and the scope of the service and/or purchase.
Bisque Golf processes your personal data by using our services and/or by providing it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
WHICH ORGANISATIONS GATHER (PERSONAL) INFORMATION?
In addition to the information that bisquegolf.com collects from general visitors and registered visitors, third parties (such as banks, payment service providers and other affiliated financial institutions to the transaction) can collect data that only apply to a financial transaction. A good example is iDeal, your own bank or a credit card company with a secure environment. We have no influence over the control over how these third parties use this information, but we ask them to disclose how they use this personal information from registered visitors or general visitors. Some of these third parties can act as providers of various payment options and in fact act as intermediaries for banks and other financial institutions and do not collect information from the customer themselves and may not have a database that stores the personal data.
At Bisque Golf we work with partners to process all orders properly. Please find below an overview of our partners and what they do:
Processing agreements have been concluded with all these services in accordance with GDPR. This means that clear agreements have been made between Bisque Golf and our partners. This means, among other things, that it is legally signed that it is forbidden to sell or leak your information.
If you make a purchase online, your transaction details are recorded to make the payment in order. We are tax-obliged to keep the details of every purchase for seven years.
If you pay with a credit card, we can do a fraud check, depending on certain factors. We then check whether the credit card is (possible) or can be used for fraudulent transactions. We do this based on the country of issue of the credit card, postal code, country, delivery address and home origin. If we find that the credit card is or can be used for fraudulent transactions, we’ll let you know and the online order will have to be paid in a different way or the order will be cancelled.
To complete an online order, you need to have an account. To create the account there are a number of requirements, such as a home address, place of residence, telephone number and name. This information is used to successfully complete your order and, when necessary, be shared with external service providers such as a package deliverer. This external information will only be shared to complete the purpose of the service. For example, the package deliverer needs your name and address in order to deliver the product. These external service providers may only use your data to perform the relevant services. They are therefore not allowed to use or pass on your data independently. You’ll find a complete overview of all our external service providers at our ‘Partners’ topic.
We also keep the information about your purchase in order to be able to answer any questions about the warranty or to resolve any other questions or complaints about the product.
The details of your account are saved until you delete your account. When you do this, all your personal data will be permanently deleted with the exception of the payment data and product data that are still subject to the return policy, guarantee or tax technical obligations.
If you’d like to use our sales service, you must be in possession of an online profile. This is a mandatory part and no purchase can be made without an online profile.
To create an online profile, some personal information is required.
Your gender, name and surname, address, postal code, place of residence, e-mail address and a password of your choice.
When creating a profile, you’re also given the opportunity to register for our newsletter.
When you sign up for the newsletter your e-mail address and name will automatically be saved in our e-mail file. After this, it’s still possible to unsubscribe yourself. For more information about this, please go newsletter.
Your data will be stored securely in your online profile. This includes your purchase history, your preference for the newsletter, a wish list. Additionally, you’ll receive automatically generated e-mails about the information from processing such as purchases or information e-mails about purchases.
Your payment details after a purchase will not be visible. However, the purchase date will be visible with the purchase history. Credit card details will also not be stored by us. This is done by our partner Mollie.
We’ll never use your information for purposes other than that you give us permission for. This information is used to successfully complete your order and, where necessary, be shared with external service providers such as a package deliverer or our own newsletter. This external information will only be shared to complete the purpose of the service. For example, the package deliverer needs your name and address in order to deliver the product to you. These external service providers may only use your data to perform the relevant services. They are therefore not allowed to use or pass on your data independently.
In your account environment you will find an overview of the information you have filled in and we therefore have yours. If you’d like an easy overview for your own use or one that we need to pass on to a desired party. For this, the address with which the request was made must correspond with the data that you wish to transfer or would like to have access to. It’s possible to delete your account at any time. To do this, go to ‘suspend account’ and then enter your password. After this, all your personal details will be permanently deleted with the exception of the data/products that are still subject to the return policy, guarantee or tax obligations.
