Do I need to pay for my return?
The return shipping costs will not be refunded unless there’s an agreement beforehand with our Customer Care team.

Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

How do I know if you have received my return?
Please keep the Track and Trace code of your return. This will allow you to track your return at every stage.

When will I receive my refund?
We understand that you’d like to receive your refund as soon as possible. It can take up to 5 business days to process your return. You’ll receive an e-mail as soon as we’ve made the refund!
The refund may take additional processing time, depending on your payment method and bank. Refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement.
