How To Return Your Item

  1. Prepare your return
    • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging (including shoebox and tags).
    • Use outer packaging to protect the item—preferably the original Bisque Golf shipping box. Items must be undamaged.
    • All returns stay the 
  2. Include required documents
    • The packing slip that was included.
    • The completed return form that was included (on the back of the thank you note).
  3. Ship your return
    • Use your preferred courier to send the item to the address below, costs are at own expense:

Always choose to track your parcel, and keep the track & trace until your refund is processed.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

    You’re welcome to try items on indoors, but they must show no signs of wear.

  • Original packaging intact

    This includes the shoebox and all product packaging, which must be undamaged.

  • Documents enclosed

    The return must include your packing slip and a completed return form.

  • All returns must be initiated and managed by the customer.

Returning from Outside the EU

  • You’re free to use any courier.

  • Clearly label the parcel as a return to avoid extra customs duties.

  • If additional import fees occur, we’ll deduct these from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. It can take around 1-2 working days before it reaches your account after the confirmation.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

FAQ

Do I need to contact customer service to return an item?

No. Just follow the steps above and use your own courier.

Will I be refunded for shipping costs?

We only refund shipping if your order arrived damaged or incorrect—and only after approval from Customer Care.

Can I return sale items?

Yes—as long as they meet the return conditions and are returned within 30 days.
