How To Return Your Item
- Prepare your return
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging (including shoebox and tags).
- Use outer packaging to protect the item—preferably the original Bisque Golf shipping box. Items must be undamaged.
- All returns stay the
- Include required documents
- The packing slip that was included.
- The completed return form that was included (on the back of the thank you note).

Always choose to track your parcel, and keep the track & trace until your refund is processed.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unused
You’re welcome to try items on indoors, but they must show no signs of wear.

Original packaging intact
This includes the shoebox and all product packaging, which must be undamaged.

Documents enclosed
The return must include your packing slip and a completed return form.
- All returns must be initiated and managed by the customer.
Returning from Outside the EU

You’re free to use any courier.

Clearly label the parcel as a return to avoid extra customs duties.

If additional import fees occur, we’ll deduct these from your refund.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. It can take around 1-2 working days before it reaches your account after the confirmation.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

Do I need to contact customer service to return an item?

Will I be refunded for shipping costs?
We only refund shipping if your order arrived damaged or incorrect—and only after approval from Customer Care.
Can I return sale items?
Yes—as long as they meet the return conditions and are returned within 30 days.
