US & UK Orders (DDP): We ship to the US and the UK on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable VAT and duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no extra charges when your parcel arrives.

Customs & VAT (Non-EU): Outside the European Union, your order is exempt from Dutch VAT (21%). For all non-US & UK countries, please keep note that your country can charge customs duties or VAT upon clearing the products. This is not something we can control.

Customs Clearance: Please keep note that the shipping time does not include customs clearance.

Free Shipping Policy: If your order was eligible for free shipping and the package is refused or not picked up, we will charge €15,- shipping costs for the handling.
