US Orders (DDP): We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means you pay all applicable duties and taxes directly with us at checkout, ensuring no hidden fees upon delivery.

Customs & VAT (Non-EU): Outside the European Union, your order is exempt from Dutch VAT (21%). For all non-US countries, please keep note that your country can charge customs duties or VAT upon clearing the products. This is not something we can control.

Customs Clearance: Please keep note that the shipping time does not include customs clearance.

Free Shipping Policy: If your order was eligible for free shipping and the package is refused or not picked up, we will charge €15,- shipping costs for the handling.
