Will I have to pay import duties and VAT for my UK order?
1. Import Status and Responsibility
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are the "Importer of Record." Consequently, the price paid at checkout is exclusive of any local Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, or import levies.2. Payment of Fees
Upon arrival in the UK, your shipment may be subject to VAT and customs duties as determined by HM Revenue & Customs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted by the designated courier (DPD or DHL Express) to settle these fees before the package is released for final delivery.3. Administrative/Handling Fees
Please be aware that couriers often charge a non-refundable administrative or "disbursement" fee for processing customs documentation on your behalf. This fee is a transaction between the customer and the courier and is not within our control or jurisdiction.4. Refusal of Delivery
If you choose to refuse the shipment to avoid paying import duties and taxes:- The package will be returned to us.
- Any return shipping costs, storage fees, or restocking fees incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a refusal based on customs charges.
5. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by UK customs clearance processes, which are outside of our operational influence. -

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
We’re happy to say that we ship to almost all countries worldwide! During checkout there’s an overview of which countries we ship to, including shipping costs.

What carrier service will deliver my order?
Your order will be shipped by DPD Home or DHL Express. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, a local carrier will take care of your order. You can track your order by using the Track & Trace link you’ve received by e-mail. You didn’t receive the Track & Trace-link? Please contact our Customer Care team at support@bisquegolf.com.

My order is still being processed, what should I do?
All orders placed before 16:00 (GMT +1) Sunday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. You’ll receive an e-mail after your order has been shipped, including a Track & Trace-link.
